There is a support line email that’s listed, however this support line is completely unreachable. This scam has cost me $110 dollars and delivered zero products as advertised, with no way to get my money back from them or receive a viable product.

Purchased a rose bear (~$75) Jan 31st to be shipped Feb 11th. Shipping label email created on Feb 3rd. Since then no update on the shipping. I emailed early morning of Feb 14 by replying to the order confirmation email and by submitting an inquiry by their website. I didn’t receive an email back until yesterday basically lying that it got lost in shipping when UPS states nothing was dropped off. The email refuses to give me back my money and insist to get store credit.

I’ve since done a Google search and even on Facebook have found numerous messages and posts claiming this company did the same thing to them. All Instagram posts and on their own website, if the comment is about how bad their service is or gives a negative review, they go through deleting negative reviews and comments about their business operations to trick unknowingly consumer’s to get stuck in the same boat I as well as others are in.

Please shut down that website and bring the owners/operators to justice.

My boyfriend ordered over 100 dollars worth for roses in January for me for Valentine’s Day. They said it would be in before the 14th around the 11th. Never came in and when he emailed them asking about the tracking info they never gave it to him and told them they were out of stock and couldn’t have a refund but could have store credit. Other people said they have received their orders but they are empty or not what they ordered from what they advertise. They use social media influencers to get other people to order. They delete any negative comment about it on their Instagram and Facebook. Their are hundreds of people being scammed. When reaching out to the actual owners they claimed they were not the owners and blocked me which they are doing to everyone calling them out. There are instagram groups now discussing the scams everyone has dealt with. I was ignored when trying to reach out to the doseofroses instagram page when I direct messaged them. A lot of people are having the same issues and the owners are hiding it and ignoring it and people are losing their money.

Ordered a product off this site in January. January 31st I was billed and GUARANTEED delivery by Feb 11th with the Valentines Day delivery service. Since then i have emailed their support service and never received an email back. I direct messaged the CEO and his wife and they assured me I would get the product before Valentines day, which they then blocked me right after the conversation. I still do not have the product they promised me. The wife laughed at me when I posted a picture of them since they were hiding their identity online and said in a snarky tone "Thanks for the clout." This company is a scam that uses celebrities and instagram influencers without their knowledge of the company actually not fulfilling orders. There was ZERO update on delays or emails sent out stating they are backed up. From what i understand, they are just taking in money and stealing cash from regular people, to only provide product for instagram models with over 100k followers.

I ordered a package of roses for Valentine’s, on Feb 9 2020. I never even expected them to deliver my roses before the 14, but at least to get them shipped to me. Today its Feb 13 2020, and my package has not been shipped yet and I seriously don’t think they will ship it during the weekend. Only God knows when I am going to get my order delivered. What is more frustrating is that they are not even answering emails, phone calls, or social media messages. Dose of Roses is also deleting negative reviews from real customers on their social media channels which makes them look even more sketchy, at the same time they are launching decent amounts of ads offering "delivery before Valentines". The problem is that the postal service might be able to make the delivery on time, but DOR is not even shipping the orders and they don’t offer returns, why would I want store credit if I needed the roses for this specific Valentine’s season? is not my fault they are not able to handle the orders on time. I already filed a dispute with my bank because it’s unacceptable that they’re not willing to make refunds when it’s clearly their responsibility to perform in a timely manner, I’ve already been charged $175 for my order but they have not even processed it, I dont think that’s fair.

I found Dose of Roses online looking for fun flower shops to get for my girl friend for Valentine’s Day. I placed the order (nearly $70 dollars worth) on February 3rd, and got a payment confirmation email. I’ve tried to contact them 3 times now about a shipping confirmation, and have not heard anything back. I get an automatic computer generated response about how their team is looking over my request and they will get back to me shortly, but never do. After doing some research, I’ve seen a multitude of comments and reviews from people explaining how they never got their products, even when paying double for overnight shipping. I’ll be contacting my bank to attempt to get a refund, but this was a huge inconvenience when I am just trying to do something special for me and my girlfriend’s first Valentine’s Day.

Finally, we coat each of them in 24K Gold and then we cover them in an iridescent holographic coating to make the rose and petals sparkle in the light." Dont be tricked! My rose was plastic with a screw in the top and hot glue to keep the petals in place and was flimsy. The petals themselves and the top of the rose was pretty cool but NOT worth the 25 i paid (it was on sale, original is 40). Who in the WORLD would pay 40 dollars for a piece of crap plastic rose that anyone could get in the clearance section of their neighborhood Walmart! This was probably the biggest disappointment of my LIFE, next to stepping in dog crap barefoot. I had emailed them about how bad it is and how i want a refund. Their automated system told me that they were examining my email shortly but it has been 10 days with 2 emails sent and still no reply.

The rose bears are garbage. Total bait and switch. The product is cheaply made and falling apart. You pay for overnight delivery and your product doesn’t come for 2 weeks. They don’t respond to emails. They erase all bad comments on their website and social media. They use total bait and switch tactics with pictures and intial confirmation when they take your money. Stay away from this company.
