Type of a scam Utility
So first they called and left a message saying my electric bill was over due and to call. So I called back and spoke to someone who seemed to be from dominion, gave te account number but then when they asked for me to go to Walmart or 7 eleven to pay them and to have them on the phone the whole wholtime I realized it was a scam. I hung up and then received a text from them saying the amount had increased and to call a number with an extension and talk to a manager.and that I had an hour before the electricity was turned off. I then received 4 more calls.
