Type of a scam Government Grant
This person contacted me via a hacked Facebook account. Here is what they communicated across several messages: "I’m wondering if you heard about the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA)?? It is a new program from the department of Foreign Affairs they are helping people financially with cash both retired, unemployed, old, disable, widows, full/part time worker’s and clearing of card debt as well. It’s great program, I was able to get $100,000 from it after applying and got qualified to receive it and you don’t have to pay it back as it’s not a loan. It’s a grant. You will have to apply with the online Agent his name is Attorney Derrick Ford he’s the man who help me claim my grant he’s honest kindly and God fearing man I can give you his contact information so you can apply as well. Here is the Attorney Private Text Number +1(313) 879-5723 text him now saying you want to apply for your grant and keep me posted." I did not text the number and did not communicate further with the scammer.
