Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a few dresses from this website. I emailed them in regards of tracking my package an they always responded. They do not have a phone number at all to reach them directly. Once I finally received my order after a month they didn’t fit so I emailed them back about returning them and getting my money refunded or exchanging them for a different size. I have tried several times to email them and no response at all. I looked further into reviews about the online business and i found out I wasn’t the only person that this keeps happening to. They are promising the best customer service, 30 day return and refund policy but when you email them in regards to it they don’t respond. I just want this business to stop scamming others and do the right thing.
