I found him on FB and on Market Place through FB. He makes home makes furniture. We asked him to design a coffee table and a Bar style kitchen table. He came to our home and took measurements and appeared to be very professional. He asked for 300 dollars in cash. We did not have cash so we wrote a cheque. He is very reluctant and on taking cheque’s. He did not provide a receipt either. He promised to have the furniture delivered by the end of the month. He came up with many excuses as why he can not deliver. We then asked for our deposit back and he refused to give it back he said the deposit is non refundable.
