Type of a scam Online Purchase
I search in Google for Roku Streaming stick and the an offer thrue DVDGAMESTORE2. Clicked on it and took me to "https://parkeriss.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=957&a…⇄ page. Made the purchase and paid " Credit (3D Secure Checkout by Stripe)". In the pngage, under order history shows order number, my address and order status"processed". I have not received a confirmation email or any kind of comunication regarding the item I purchased. I have sent emails using Contact Us with no results. I tried to contact them again using "[email protected]" without success. The undelivered email reads " the recipient’s email system refused to accept a connection from your email system". The bussines address listed is a residencial own by a family with a different last name. I just get to a dead end. Item was ordered on August 24, 2019. Maybe it is too soon to file a complain but the lack of communication tells me something is fishy. Payment went out to Jeppe Clausen Boconnoc. Merchant country Australia.
