This is a clothing website where they offer returns if you are unsatisfied with the items you received. The return policy is very clear and it is laid on their website: https://www.dresslim.com/pages/about-return

I ordered some dresses on March 12, 2019, and I received my order on April 5, 2019. I spent $163.75 on my purchases. When I received my order, I decided that the dresses didn’t fit me correctly and I wanted a refund. I contacted Dresslim at their email address ([email protected]) and an employee named Scott responded to me. After telling them that I wanted to return six of the dresses, Scott informed me that it is too expensive to send the dresses back by mail, and they would refund me $6.00 and send me a coupon. After I provided them with more information on why I wanted to return the dresses and asking them if they are refusing to refund my money, they did not respond to me anymore. I have send them multiple emails and have not heard back from them. They have not refunded me $6.00 or sent me a coupon.

They are in direct violation of the returns policy and not honoring their refund policy. If they don’t accept returns, they should state that on the website. They shouldn’t offer returns and refunds but then refuse to take their products back.
