Type of a scam Government Grant
I received 2 calls today, the first one, I told the person I thought it was a scam and I hung up (512-066-3399). The second call came later. He spoke with a foreign accent but has a name Dennis Brown. I pretended to not understand what he wanted, but he told me I was the recipient of a $9800.00 government grant. All I needed to do was buy a $200.00 Google Pay Card and that would register me with the Federal Reserve Bank. Using ID# XXXXXX I was to call his supervisor at 346-308-2163 and let him know my card number. There were 1500 people chosen to get this grant according to “Dennis Brown”. The address for this “business” was 1200 Anderson Lane, Austin TX. 78752.
