Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I ordered bags from this website thinking it was a genuine Coach bag site. I ordered 3 items. I was billed on my Visa and received one item which is clearly counterfeit and never received the other 2 items. I have repeatedly emailed the only contact provided and have received correspondence which led me to continue waiting for a resolution. The initial order was made in May, my credit card was billed on May 24th, 2016. The first email I sent cancelling the order was on June 7th, 2016 when I looked closer at the website and realized it was not authentic. I was eventually emailed back on October 8, 2016 by someone who said that they were refunding my credit card but that because of international issues it would take 8 weeks. I have still not been credited on my credit card.
