Ordered inflatable kiddie pool. Paid by PayPal. They send you fake ups tracking number, which states that the package was delivered. When filed the claim with ups, the delivery address mysteriously changed and ups was no help, because all they can see is that package was delivered to that address, which is not correct one. PayPal didn’t refund because the tracking information was provided, even though it was fake. So it is one big circle where you DON’T get your money back.
