applied for a loan threw capital express loan website, A lady called him by the name of Lisa Turner within an hour explaining that He was approved for a loan that He could choose an amount of $10,000 to $60,000 dollars and that He needed to send his bank info,sin number, health card, birth certificate, as then the process would be started and that He was to send a down payment of $500 via e-transfer to the email That Lisa Turner provided to him. The money was sent and confirmed threw bank that the e transfer was accepted and contacted Lisa back and she advised the money would be in his bank account within 1 business day. She advised the funds would be in his bank account after 9 pm that evening in which the funds never went threw, He contacted her back via email and by calling the number she provided and then she advised the funds wouldn’t go threw in till after 12 am the next day, The next day funds were never deposited and called her back and she advised false information was given and that the process didn’t go threw and that he needed to send another $500 to the loan in which he did not and local police department were contacted to report what had happened
