They took 89.97 out of our account . First of all it was not authorized(the order had been cancelled) it was a computer error…Have been trying to get our money back get different people all the time making excuses…wait 2 weeks that passes and I call again nothing but the same thing now after almost 3 months, they say we refunded your money 2 months ago but yet no refund that we have seen or on the end from our bank. Liars plain and simple will scam you.
I was charged $89 twice for a product from this company. Have tried to cancel but neither number is working nor have they replied to any of my emails. Contacting my bank as well as Attorney General .

Followed a sketch click to purchase link & cancelled my immediately following the order because I felt as though it was a scam.
This image is the only correspondence I have received in regards to the order which says nothing about authorizing future charges. I received a charge on my credit card weeks later for $89.97. My credit card company gave me 2 phone numbers to call in regards to the charge, neither of which match the # on the bottle. I have called the phone numbers given to me by the credit card company as well as the number on the bottle. I’ve spoken to 2 rude representatives who have told me I agreed to the charge, which I did not at any point agree to. Then the representatives have told me they’d see what they can do & they put me on hold & never come back. I’ve waited up to 10min on hold on these occasions. Hung up & called the same number back to reach the same rude representative.
I did not sign up for this & its a scam.

Product (keto supplements) advertised free sample, pay only s/h. I never got a sample, but two months later I had two charges of $89 each to my card. After locating the company online, I called and was brushed off. This business operates under different spellings of the name ‘ketogenesys’. They set up temporary domains, all of them less than 2 days old. A complete scam, costing me $200.
