My computer screen had all of a sudden started making loud beeping and a number came up stating don’t close and to call this number on screen identify that is was micro soft I spoke with David Thompson and he made me feel that he was for real and said he would fix it I was really stupid to even think he was who he said he was but hind site. I didn’t use computer since will take it to be cleaned I stopped payment if 249.99
