The product this company is advertising in the photos on their website sing nothing like what they send you. I have the photos of the advertisement from the website and the photos of the product they sent me and there is an obvious difference in the expectation of the product. What I reached out to customer support they informed me if I did not like it I would have to return it to an address in China at my own cost in that it would take a while to get my refund. I am not sure if my refund would even include the shipping cost. The difference in quality of the product is so obvious it’s a parent they’re leveraging large shipping cost back to China as well as the discouraging statements in their email to discourage your return well being well aware their product is not up to the Quality they advertise.
