I ordered three pairs of shoes from keenkp.com. I received a stocking cap in the mail instead of shoes. I have been able to email the company asking for a full refund. They state I can get a 35% off coupon or partial discount, no refund. After six emails demanding my full refund, they stated I cannot get a refund back until I send back their merchandise. This will be out of pocket cost of $33. I will mail but I’m dubious to receive the full refund of $80.06, plus I am also asking for the shipping costs.
