Started getting many ad pop ups on computer while trying to use then began getting loud noise and Micro Soft thing popping up on entire screen blocking use of computer requiring to call 888 # on screen did. Then had me go to www. Support me and allow to access computer and move around in it. Speak broken Middle East language (red flag), wanted me to allow them to install firewall costing from 599.99-899.99. Declined stated needed to discuss with my husband and became insulting to me. Told them not to do anything more in my computer and do not install anything. Asked for info to call back after talk with my husband. Was given, called Better Business Bureau right away and gave info said no record of them, and to report them on here and call internet provider right away.
