I searched for a nearby city’s florist to order flowers for a funeral. It came up under the search, wasn’t at the top, but appeared to be in the city I looked under, I was in a hurry and did not notice a physical address wasn’t readily noted, although in further investigation a California address is listed. Ordered online (very nice online site, looked legit) and it stated that all orders placed by 3pm would be delivered same day. Went to visitation a couple days later and no flowers. No one answers the phone, left message and no one ever called back.

I ordered flowers for my mother in law and she never received them. I tried repeatedly calling and emailing and did not get a reply from either one. My credit card was charged and now I need to find out how to get refunded. Do not order from this site. This site should be blocked from the internet and the people that are in charge of running it should be arrested for fraud and stealing. I do have the receipt that I printed off, showing that my card was charged.

Most people that iv talked too or read there review didn’t even receive any flowers! They are taking peoples money and not giving the products!

I ordered flowers, a balloon and a stuffed animal and all was delivered except for the balloon. I tried contacting these people 3 times via email because they would not answer the phone. The urgency was the student I was purchasing for was leaving to go out of town and I needed to send this gift prior to her departure. This company has not called me back, refunded my money for the balloon or tried to send the balloon. I suspect fraud because there is no physical address and no one will contact me back. Just need assistance o what to do next. Thank you.

On Feb.1,2016 I ordered flowers from Kim’s Florist my card was charged they were suppose to deliver them that same day as they advertise same day deliver if ordered before 3pm the flowers were never and still have not been delivered I phoned the company 4 times and always got an answering machine I left a message all 4 times no call back I looked my order up on their website and it said order fully refunded It never was.I resolved this issue by going to my bank and taking care of it that way I believe this company is taking advantage of people

This company claims to be a local Mount Pleasant SC florist. I ordered an arrangement for a friend, their online account said that the flowers were delivered. When talking to my friend the next day I realized she never got the flowers. They withdrew my money from my account but we never received the product. I called their phone number 4 times, left 3 messages and emailed their support email twice.

Kim’s Florist at www.kimsflorist.com offers fake services. There were a couple of fishy things on the website that lead me to do some research where I found this Yelp page that confirmed my suspicions. http://www.yelp.com/biz/kims-florist-sanger I wanted to order flowers for a friend who lives out of state. I was searching on google for local florists in Wilson, NC and stumbled upon this site. Because I got to the site from a google search of Wilson, NC, it displayed "Serving Wilson" under the site logo in the upper left. There is no address listed for the company. They have a lot of the same floral arrangements as other legitimate companies but they offer them for lower costs. The website gives you the perception of being a local business.
