Type of a scam Online Purchase
I responded to ad placed on Words With Friends for a “Versatile Cordless Woodcutter”. After numerous emails finally received “an” item which was referred to as a “Gardening Pocket Chainsaw”. I have gone back and forth with them for days explaining that what they sent was not what I ordered. There is no address for this company. The phone number listed on my bank statement is for PayPal even though I paid with a visa card. The return label on the shipment is the address of the company that shipped not the address of Keep Video. Do you have the email address I sent the first email showing what I had purchased have a picture of what I actually received. The only response I get from them is they sent what I ordered even though that clearly is not the case.
