A purchase was made at 4:31pm, received order confirmation email at 5:28pm providing order number, cancelled the order and received confirmation email with the same order number as in the order confirmation email. After reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged 3 times, $1.99, $149.91, $34.98. I have called twice this morning, no one will refund me any of the charges. They stated the $1.99 was for an ebook that I have never received, $149.91 is for Keto pills that I never received, and no one will tell me what the $34.98 charge was for. One person told me the product is on its way, but refuses to provide a shipment confirmation email or a tracking number. I asked where the company is located because there is no address on their website or in their email and one person said its against policy to disclose that information, but another person said the address was P.O. Box 13009, Scottsdale, AZ 85267, but still has yet to confirm the company name. Credit card says CHS, email says KetoGenix, website says KetoFast
