Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I received a check for $2900.00 which I was to deposit. I was then told to go to a store and purchase ebay gift cards and keep $400 for my service. I was then told to take photos of the front and back after scratching off the silver strip area. I was to keep the cards for next assignment. It seems to good to be true.
