I was contacted by telephone and received this voicemail: "This message is intended to contact you, my name is Kevin Mason, and I am calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid an appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 724-512-2175, I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. "
I also received a similar voicemail, with the same voice, no name left, and the phone number to call being 786-358-0980 instead.
I did not call this number back, instead I googled US Treasury scams, and this seemed similar to reported incidents. The voicemails have been saved.
