They called me of a supposed debt from 2004. I asked for information regarding this, in which I got nothing but refusal. I asked them to send me information through mail and they refused. That had my information and new phone number which is scary. I asked how they obtained this info and they said they used a tracer service. Then told me I was scammimg them and harrassing them. Then hung upon me.

Company called one of my family members (from phone number 469-250-0754) and told them I needed to call 855-776-7025 and give case number 5516-64369. When I called they provided me with my full social security number. They told me the Department of Justice was filing Fraudulent charges against me for attempting to defraud a financial institution. I kept asking to provide me with additional information about the case and they wouldn’t. The phone number they called to relay this message was wrong. The address on file for me was wrong. They said the Payday loan company is Personal Cash Advance. I attempted to look up the company and couldn’t find them. They told me the deposit was placed into my SunTrust account. When I asked which SunTrust account they told me they couldn’t tell me because they didn’t have that information. When I asked when it was deposited so I can go check my records, they didn’t have that information either. I have placed a fraud alert on my credit file since they had my entire social security number. I did not have a payday loan with that mentioned company.
