Type of a scam Rental
I was looking for subleasing on Craigslist. He emailed back and forth. I requested that we speak on the phone to ensure it wasn’t a Craigslist scam. He then called from a Boston area code phone number listed above. Sent me an application, then over the weekend a lease agreement PDF attached. Requested wire transfer to Bank of America acct# 001808470878 routing #026009593. I asked when we could first come see the place and get keys to which he made claims as "don’t waste my time if you are not serious about buying yada yada…"
