Type of a scam Online Purchase
After paying for a kitten, the delivery agent said it would be an extra $910. The ad and contact person/owner said previously that there was no extra charge for delivery. I said I was not paying the delivery fees and wanted a refund for the kitten. The seller and I texted several times, with her giving me some reason why she had not sent the refund yet. Last text was on April 15. My texts since have gone unanswered.
