Fake website claiming to have kittens for sale. Physical address and photos may be stolen from other legitimate businesses. Located in Montana but area code from Virginia. Also goes by "Fur Lovers Cattery"
Website is elaborate, updated with lengthy paragraphs about recent effects of coronavirus. Offered covid discount on cats. I ceased communication immediately. Below are testimonials from real victims on yelp from March 2020:
"This place is a scam, DON’T give them any money. They are very elaborate and even send you false tracking information. I sent money to them via Zelle, which was the first red flag, now I know better. Posting this so no one has to go through what I just went through."
"1000% A SCAM. I got suspicious so i asked for a photo of the cat with my name next to them in the photo before i sent money. I thought it was a reasonable request? They got defensive and rude. Quote from them: "Also we aren’t here for clients to order us around, if other clients made such demands the we wouldn’t have time to get back to you. Please be reasonable"
