I ordered a pair of shoes from this website, and received a different item from an address in China. When I contacted them about this and asked for an exchange or return, they replied in broken English and typos that the postal service "mixed up the parcels" (even though package was addressed to me) and they are investigating how to rectify the situation, however they haven’t responded since or answer any more emails asking for updates or request to return the item.
