Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 8/31/2018 I purchased a Credenza and a matching Hutch. I was told by the supplier Cymax that it would take two weeks to have my products delivered. Well it is October 5 2018 and I have not received my Credenza or Hutch. I contacted Cymax and spoke with three different people. The first lady told me " that it was coming from Virginia". I then called back and spoke with another lady she told me "that it was in Chicago". So then I called back the third time and I was told by another gal that " it was coming from California". I tried to do the contact through email at first because they didn’t have a phone number. They finally ( after a month ) is when I received the phone number. So it is my opinion that Cymax ( the supplier ) takes your money and doesn’t deliver as it promise.
