My mother was mailed a post card with final notice for free knee brace paid by Medicare and insurance. Unfortunately she has dementia and believed it so she called the number. Now they don’t stop calling. We most likely will have to change her phone number. We don’t know how to get them off our backs. Offered to send them back but the return label they promised never arrived. We didn’t open the boxes, yes they sent 2 of each but they keep calling to tell us to fill out page 6 for free braces. So far no bill has been sent but my guess is that will be next.
