I received an e-mail after searching online for a installment loan from a person named Charles Smith. I received an approval letter from Ace Cash Express Loan stated I was approved for a $5000.00 loan. The number I called was (850) 615-5819. Charles told me to money gram them 300.00 to a person named Perry Crenshaw in the state of Florida. I called Ace Express loans and asked if that is there normal procedure to receive a loan and was told NO. IT WAS FRAUDULENT!!
