Received a letter on Capital One Bank letterhead. Return address in NYC, contact phone of 1-914-341-8030. Letter indicates that Capital One is holding unclaimed lottery/sweepstakes winnings in my name. Winnings must be claimed and I need to call and contact one of two account representatives to obtain the account PIN number so that I can transfer said winnings to a Bank of my choice. Signed by an individual but no title given.
