On 6/12/18 a Cybervoice Solutions agent called to say I was due a refund of $250 of my original $400 contract for lifetime computer protection purchased on 3/19/18. Refund had to be credited to my bank which I identified. Next he said he made a huge error transferring not $250 but $2500 into my checking account which I did confirm, and pleaded with me to Western Union wire him the money stat to prevent his job dismissal . I wired him $1100. Later I determined the $2500 transferred to my checking account came from my own savings account, and not from Cybervoice. I was scammed
