My mother received a call and believed it was Medicare. They questioned if she had back trouble which she answered yes. When questioned she gave her birthdate. She was also asked if she had received her new Medicare card which she said no. However she had gotten it but forgot. They also asked for the first three numbers from her Medicare card and she gave that also. She does not think she told them she wanted the back brace. Two weeks later (yesterday) she received the brace in the mail that she absolutely does not want. We would like it returned and not have Medicare billed.
