I ordered shoes from the Commom Projects website thinking they were shipping from New York, which is where the website states they are based. It took weeks for the shoes to arrive and they came from China. The shoes did not fit, so I closely followed the websites return policy (I had read it in detail before purchasing). The website states there is a 2 week return policy and to email the company to get the return started. I began emailing them the day the shoes were received but it took 3 weeks to get a respnse. The website looks real, but they do not give a return address for you to ship returns. I contacted Paypal, but they have not recieved a response from the website.
The website did send an automated email January 2nd, 3 weeks after my initial contact, saying the shoes were not refundable due to "common commercial rules," but when I responded they offered no explanation or return email. The webste has a clear return policy stated and they are not honoring thier policy. There is nothing stating "commom commerical rules." They have given me no further reponse and have not reponded to Paypal (I reported the compamy and Paypal has opened a case resolution).
