Type of a scam Debt Collections
They said they were from a company called CFF and I had 2 unpaid loans from a loan company I never heard of and so I requested To be sent paperwork regarding this since I don’t know this loan company then asked if I wanted to set up payments over the phone and I declined and the lady basically said okay and we will be filing/sending court papers and hung up. I called back few minutes later and got the same rep and asked what address they had for me and at first she wouldn’t then said an address from where I lived atleast 9 years ago! So why is a debt collector or a loan company coming after me from 9 years ago and never had contact before or this debt isn’t reflecting my credit report
