I called a locksmith to get my truck unlocked, my dogs had locked me out while it was cold and raining. I called CD Locksmith service they sent a man out driving a vehicle with plate #ANM2625. He asked if they quoted me a price over the phone, I said "no." He proceeded to tell me that for $188 + Tax he could get the truck open without damage, but for around $100 he could still open it, but could not promise no damage. I told him to open the door in order to get out of the cold and get to my dogs. He opened the door in a little under a minute. He gave me an invoice #8785 on a header for 24/7 locksmith and charged me $205 with tax. My wife later called the company to complain and they said they’d look into it. I got a call later stating they’d process a $35 credit.
I never received my credit, despite calling back to talk about it and getting the run around.
