I ordered a Le Creuset stainless steel saute pan. payment was by e-transfer. received a notification that the order had been received with an order number and have never heard anything since. tried calling their number several times over the past few days and the message says that they are unavailable. the same message appears in their chat box showing at the bottom of their website. and no response to any e-mails sent to them
