This is one of those computer spam people. Tried scamming my elderly father for computer service. The company name is Connections Forever. They are not, repeat, not a licensed Microsoft/Google certified contractor. They are rip off artists most likely out of India but using a "local" phone number. I don’t know how much it total they got from him (he won’t tell me I heard part of the call @ 360) before I found out what was going on but I’m sure these “people” are doing this to someone else too.

I was first contacted by phone claiming to repair my computer & protect it from viruses, etc. After approximately 6 months of them supposedly monitoring my computer & adding programs, they claimed they owed me a refund & would deposit it in my bank account. But, at the same time they also deposited an additional $6000 & now I owed them the $6000. What they actually did was take $6000 from my savings & deposit it in my checking. Then they asked to be paid back through gift cards.
