We were initially contacted by Mr. Mendoza requesting if we performed complete roof replacements. After a couple of email exchanges he gave us an address to perform an inspection. Our inspector did notice a for sale signed and found it odd. We contacted a title company, County Assessor and the listing real estate agent in regards of this issue. We had sent Mr. Mendoza a proposal for the roof replacement. He returned the proposal signed back to our company. We did inform the customer that we required a 30% down before we could start the project. He then asked us if we could run a credit card for a larger amount.
