Type of a scam Phishing
I received an automated call that had a caller ID as Cigna Insurance. They asked my name and then asked for by date of birth. I hung up and called the number on the back of my card and was told that it was not them, there was no reason for a call. The real Cigna told me that I should never give any information over an automated phone.
