Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I am looking for a used car and noticed a very nice car on cars.com, a 2012 Volvo S60 with only 45000 miles on it. The private listing advertised the price as $4500. I followed up to see if it was a typo and the seller said it was not and proceeded to explain that she is a Sgt in the Army and is being moved to another state and needs to unload the car.

I’ve seen this before and it’s a scam. I actually responded that I was going to report the scam and "she" followed up with the typical response that the car is all ready to ship and all I need to do is send the money through ebay. The fact that I told "her" I was going to report it, didn’t even change the response.

Anytime I’ve ever seen a car listed on any site for a price that looks too good to be true, it is always a scam! There needs to be a way to find out where these are coming from and it needs to stop. I can’t imagine how many people are probably falling for this type of scam.
