Consumer received a letter and a check in the amount of $4500.00 from Wells Fargo Bank. The letter stated that consumer was the winner of USA Mega 2nd place winner with a winnings amount of $450,000. Their explanation for the 4500.00 check was that the check would go towards the processing fee of $2,100.00. Claim agent’s name is Robert Newman. Phone number 236-818-6794. The promotion manager’s name is Mary White. Claim number on the letter is: EA-944-774-BB. On the bottom of the letter, she is supposed to detach the part of the letter where she had to sign her name, that had her name and address on it. She was instructed to give this to them after she claimed her prize. They also said they have global offices.
