Type of a scam Online Purchase

Based on the ad, I thought I was ordering a product for $4.95 to try it. But in two weeks, I was billed $89.95, and every 30 days thereafter. This is buried so deeply in the ad that no one would ever find it. It’s very deceptive. I never would have signed up for that. When I called to ask for my money back (to the company listed on the bill: two companies in Florida, Skins Posh and Hips Derma), they didn’t want to refund my money at first. Then they tried offering me a 30% refund. When I refused that option, they offered a 50% refund. When I said I wouldn’t accept, they finally offered me 100%, and I did receive it. However, these unexpected charges caused my checking account to go negative.
