I ordered a free sample of BBB RevitSkin Serum and KJB NewGlowlift and received the package on January 8, 2016. The samples irritated my face and caused red blotches. On January 18, 2016 I saw charges of $98.41 and $97.41 on my credit card account for these items. I found the phone numbers to call by looking up the website info, called and left my name and number and finally received a call back on January 22, 2016. They said I was automatically signed up for a shipment and was charged for it. I explained that it irritated by skin, cancelled any further orders, and was told the charges would be refunded on my credit card. On February 22, 2016, I called (866) 697-7812 and was told that I was to return my samples to Revitify Returns, PO Box 52033, Phoenix, AZ. The box was sent by certified mail and was received on Feb. 26, 2016. Still no refund. I called again on March 24, 2016 and was told that there was an "error message" on my refund and it would be brought to the attention of management. I should be getting the refund in 3 – 5 days. Today, April 1, I once again called and was told that management was refunding it in 5 – 30 days. I asked to talk to someone in management and was told that I couldn’t. Please help me in reclaiming my refunds of $98.41 and $97.41. Thank you for your help.

after a survey from my cable company i was invited to take part in several free trial offers. I signed up for revitify. I signed up for my free trial only being charged for shipping, i Revitify charged me 89.00 for the trial package and then another 99.00 for the refill…i never agreed to that.
