Type of a scam Online Purchase
This product appeared as an advertisement on my Facebook page. They offered a sample for $4.95 for this product. I received the supplements but they did not have the effects advertised. This was supposed to be a "one time" purchase but when I called to dispute the charges, they told me that the "terms & conditions" stated that the product would be set up to automatically be sent each month. I received the initial order and another 2 months later. After reviewing my account, I saw that I had been charged $93.98 in June and July plus they had also charged me $95.52 in June and July. I called both phone numbers on my bank statement, which had two different company names and got the same woman both times! After a lengthy discussion with her, she told me that because of the "terms & conditions" listed at the time of my initial purchase, I could not receive a refund of any kind! After disputing this purchase for a few more minutes, she did say that I could send the unopened bottles back for a $35.00 refund. She told me I would be receiving a "cancellation email" promptly…or within 30 minutes…which never came! The website I ordered this product from did not have any type of "terms & conditions" listed. My bank told me that I couldn’t put a stop payment on this until the end of the month before it was time for the company to take out payment again. This was a total scam!
