On June 10, 2016, I received a call form this company, telling me my computer had been hacked. They fixed my computer for $99.00 and it was suppose to be secure for 6 month. Yesterday, 8/19/2016, my computer was hacked again. I had to get someone to fix it for me. Called this morning to cancel the account, and they said I needed to call them, instead of getting someone to fix it. They refused to refund half of my money, so I told them to just keep it, but to cancel my account. People need to know this is a scam, so I am reporting them.
