I made a purchase in May and haven’t received my order. We are approaching October it doesn’t take 5 months to get a order. According to their FB I’m not the only one who has this problem.

Ordered a thermometer May 12, 2020, was supposed to be delivered within 12 Days, as of June 24, 2020 no product, correspondence always the same, saying it’s on the way, always using the excuse of being late because of COVID 19, I have 16 letters of correspondence——when I checked tracking numbering’s, always the same message, in San Francisco waiting for USPS, tried to call leave a phone message , recording on phone—temporarily out of order, they say, leave a message if you want to purchase $5000 of products leave phone number for a call back. As of July 25 I have not received item purchased.
