Novappupa advertises genuine Powerbeats headphones and earbuds at prices way below other vendors. I bought a pair. When they arrived, they were counterfeit. They wouldn’t sync w/iPhone, and when they did, they sounded terrible and dropped out constantly. I returned them to the vendor and requested a refund. They did not want to issue the refund. So I elevated the case to PayPal. Vendor told PayPal they would refund once I returned the product. I showed PayPal proof I returned the item and the vendor received it. However, the vendor continued to insist they had not received the item. PayPal has not refunded my money. Store is hosted on Shopify.
