M1347-670-4056 Melvin Baxter of Mr. Tech LLC ,sold us 5 years of internet security beginning Oct 8, 2018. On Oct 11, 2019, we called Mr. Baxter because our internet security was not working. Mr. Baxter then advised us that we purchased only one year of internet security by Kaspersky and not five years. The five years he stated was for tech support only. Mr. Pagura and myself both inquire this agreement in full and receive a paid receipt for said purchase. The receipt states 5 years of Kaspersky Internet Security.
