These clowns put a ad up on craigslist for a free piano. However when you contact the person, they say that they moved out of town. Then say that they can have the movers reroute the piano to you for a small fee. They wont accept credit cards, but will do zelle, cash app, or money order. This way, you have no way of getting your money back. If you send them your money, you find out that there is no one giving away a piano, there is no piano, and there is no moving company. Every picture that they use is stolen from another website, and it’s almost impossible to track these people down. Keep in mind that there are several others who are using this same scam. If you see someone giving away a high end baby grand, or upright piano for free, its probably a trick. You would be better off going to your local piano store if you want a piano.
