My mother ordered tiles from this website. They told her it would take 5-7 business days so after two weeks she asked me (her daughter) to help. I looked at her email and realized that there was no tracking number or order confirmation number. On the email there was a link so see where your order is. Once clicked the order was “pending”. However, the money was already taken a day after the order was made, two weeks ago. Upon further research, I went to their website to try and contact someone. Every time, it’d keep me on the line for a minute before the same message of “there are no operators open at the moment, please leave a name, number and message”. I looked them up on google and there are no reviews. We found a different number that matches the address given. Called, no answer. They called back and clearly stated they were not a scam company but were not formal at all.
